Microperforated bags are mounted on a 3" wire wicket for machinability and easy handling. The 160-hole/psi style is designed for baked goods hot out of the oven. The higher quantity of holes allow heat and moisture to disseminate rapidly and allows the product to cool while maintaining crustiness. Meets FDA and USDA specifications for food contact.
