Microperforated bag limits the exchange of moisture and heat and is designed to keep baked goods fresher, longer. Mounted on a 3" wire wicket for machinability and easier handling. Use 160-hole/psi style for baked goods hot out of the oven because the higher number of holes allow heat and moisture to disseminate rapidly so the product cools while maintaining crustiness. Meets FDA and USDA specifications for food contact.
