Inside Sales Representative – Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Responsible for proactively contacting the decision-makers within organizations on a regular schedule to introduce and promote additional stock and custom items; suggest and negotiate special delivery, stocking or pricing options; suggest additional items and services; quote and negotiate custom items and special quantities of stock merchandise. Candidates with a commitment to providing excellent customer service by working as a member of a team, with a minimum of three years sales experience, who can demonstrate sound judgement in providing solutions to customers for developing long term relationships are encouraged to apply.

Inside Sales Supervisor – Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Develop and supervise inside sales representatives; monitor sales trends and identify growth potential of managed accounts; oversee quote process and negotiate custom products and special-priced orders; train inside sales representatives in procedures, product knowledge, negotiation skills, account management and sales techniques; appraise and coach performance through effective one-on-one interaction and group discussions; address and resolve internal and external customer concerns. Candidates with success building rapport with direct reports and motivating to achieve results, who possess sound judgment in developing solutions and interacting with internal/external customers, are self starters with ability to manage multiple priorities with a high attention to detail encouraged to apply. Minimum three-five years sales experience, prior supervisory or training experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
