Customer Service Representative – Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Customer's first point of contact with Associated Bag. Processes phone, mail, fax, or email orders. Assists in resolution of customer problems/complaints. Maintains accurate daily records and provides necessary follow-up on customer accounts. Listens to customer requirements to make product recommendations. Seizes opportunity to gain additional sales by using proactive selling techniques. Requires high school graduate or equivalent with 2-3 years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to develop in-depth product knowledge and to calculate quantities, discounts, ship rates, etc. Incoming call center experience with excellent communication skills. Strong data entry skills with emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail. Bi-lingual English/Spanish is desired but not required. Hours: 9:30am-6pm M-F.

Inside Sales Representative – Milwaukee, Wisconsin
This position is responsible for increasing sales by making outbound calls to existing customers to build relationships and introduce/promote products, maximizing sales contacts with upselling techniques and providing a superior level of service. The successful candidate will be a go-getter who is experienced in telephone sales. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to generate additional sales are essential.

IT Support Specialist – Milwaukee, Wisconsin
IT Support Specialists help users achieve optimal productivity through system administration and support for various computing platforms in person, via video, phone, and system sharing. While promoting and contributing to the positive and cooperative environment that sets Associated Bag apart, you'll help keep things running smoothly by using your excellent customer service skills and systems knowledge and expertise. Requirements include an Associate Degree in Computer Science, Information Services, or related field with 3-5 years hands-on experience in a network environment with operating systems such as Mac, Microsoft Windows and Android, and two years server system administration experience including daily administration tasks, SQL Server, VMWare, Internet Information Services and Fax Server.

Purchasing Manager – Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Lead the activities of the Purchasing department while promoting and contributing to a positive, cooperative work environment. Develop the leadership abilities of the management team and cultivate partnerships with vendors. Collaborate with Sales to optimize inventory performance and provide solutions to maximize selling opportunities. Provide the Executive team with analysis of finished-goods inventory and vendor performance and make recommendations to achieve our mission of providing the highest quality products at competitive prices with unmatched customer service. Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Mathematics or equivalent; 5 years experience in purchasing or equivalent combination of education and experience; Adept in the knowledge and activities of those supervised.

Sales Correspondent – Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Provides primary support to Outside Sales team with outgoing and friendly communications. Completes high volume of email correspondence from customers and prospects, providing timely and thorough responses with a high attention to detail. Requires high school graduate or equivalent with post high school education preferred with three years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience; strong business correspondence and communication skills, accurate data entry skills.
